We do require a training & probation period where all new workers will prove if their are committed to becoming part of our company! The training period could be anywhere from 2-4 months (or 250 hours minimum) depending on how fast you learn & how much effort you put on every job.

Training period starts at $11 an hour you’ll be getting paid for commuting between appointments from the moment you arrive to startup location or office.

While training you can start to earn tips if you do a good job after working 160 hours and after 200 hours you will get paid $12 an hour plus tips.

After learning the system properly, you will start to get paid $13 an hour + Bonus pay + Tips. One you have your own rout or do appointments without supervision you will get paid commission + Tips (10-20% of total day sales)…
